SPRAY DRYING: A CONTINUOUS AND SCALABLE WAY TO OBTAIN FINE POWDERS AND PARTICLES FROM LIQUIDS

by | Sep 19, 2018 | General Lab & Safety

Yamato Spray Dryer Systems efficiently and reliably dry and transform liquid solution, suspension, or emulsion into a uniform, fine amorphous powder.

Yamato Scientific offers 3 spray dryer models which are excellent in performance and easy on the budget.  They have become increasingly popular because of their easy installation, operation, handling and spray drying effectiveness.

ADL311SA

Yamato’s most compact and economical system usable as a bench top unit.

GB210A & GB210B

The most versatile system as it can be used as both a spray dryer and a granulator by simply installing a different glassware.

DL410

A larger capacity system that can produce powder particles up to 200μm considered extremely difficult to produce in laboratories.

All units are suitable for water-based samples with an option to add GAS410 when using organic solvent spray samples.

Yamato Scientific performs spray dryer test to companies interested in any of the spray dryer models.
